Daddy

To keep with the theme of college I suppose that I’m going to talk about what has got me here, and the most obvious thing to me would be my amazing family. First I’m going to talk about my dad……. I was an only child for seven years so naturally I’m a total daddy’s girl. When I was little I used to follow him around everywhere, one of my favorite things to do with him was going to the hardware store….but I was super girly so we would be walking around the hardware store and there would be my dad and I would be following him around in a princess dress holding a doll. Another thing about my dad is he is one of those dads that gets super involved with everything you do, like when I was really in to softball for like a year he got me the best bat the best glove, and everyday when he came home from work he would throw the ball around for with me. I was never any good and probably more focused on the flowers on the ground, but he would still some to all my games and cheer me on. He is also still a kid at heart, and he goofs around with my brother and me all the time. Through this he has always taught me to not take myself too seriously and to find the best things about everybody.

Reading this post made me suddently miss my daddy. I am a daddy's girl too! YEAH DADDY'S GIRLS!! I will probably call him tonight now. It seems that you are very close to your dad and I am glad. It is important to know that you have someone who loves you very much.

I too love my dad! Nothing is better than having a parent get involved in your activities and be your number 1 fan! It is great that you have such a good relationship with him!
